NACT Solutions Partners with VOIPFUTURE in Distribution Agreement

As of an announcement out of both companies today, NACT Solutions will be the exclusive distributor of VOIPFUTURE’s Voice Services Monitoring capabilities in the United States and Canada.

NACT (News - Alert) customers will be able to fully control the voice quality of their VoIP services as a result of VOIPFUTURE’s technology as it forms a new building block in NACT’s product portfolio.

With the VOIPFUTURE solution, communication service providers can monitor the quality of voice traffic crossing the IP network and use the data to troubleshoot problems, optimize the performance of their networks and document of the quality of individual call minutes exchanged between peering partners.

A software-based technology, VOIPFUTURE is designed to be easy-to-deploy and allows voice carriers to guarantee premium services, reduce churn, increase network utilization and to reduce the time and effort spent resolving voice quality problems.
“Offering competitive voice services poses a number of challenges that are influenced by the dynamic behavior of IP networks, and effective, easy-to-use monitoring capabilities play an essential role for voice service providers,” said Jan Bastian, CEO of VOIPFUTURE, in a statement.

The Smart RTP Monitoring Probes from VOIPFUTURE are passive, non-intrusive measurement devices that are located at demarcation points in the network, including SBCs, gateways or peering points.

This integrated solution is designed for network optimization, SLA verification and troubleshooting demonstrates superior performance for full line rate analysis at 1 Gbits/s according to company officials.

VOIPFUTURE and NACT will wok together at the International Telecoms Week event in booth 501, at the Marriot Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, D.C. on May 24-26.

In other recent NACT news, the company announcedin March that it has revamped its top management and, in turn, its product lines and support programs. The company has also announced increased funding in a comprehensive initiative intended to help NACT’s customers receive a greater return on their investment.
